The torrent download is almost complete. Going through the available sites hardly brings up errors anymore.
Message to other downloaders: If you experience “Access Denied” errors while browsing your copy of Geocities, you should run the following shell command inside the geocities directory:
chmod -vR a+rx *
It will go through all directories and change the file and folder permissions so that the webserver can serve them — without changing the file dates! Allow your computer some time to complete the operation.
